Egidio Marzona's intensive experience with contemporary art forms the basis for his encyclopaedic collecting activity, which started in the mid-1960s and continues to the present day. The editors, Michael Lailach and Andzeas Schalhorn, regard these works on paper as an essential component of a 'revolution in art' that took place around 1970.
